All photographs on this website and delivered to clients are the intellectual property of Guido Tramontano Guerritore and are protected by international copyright law. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright always remains with the photographer.

Client Usage Rights

When you book me as your wedding photographer, you receive a personal use license for your images. This means you are free to:

  • Print your photos for personal use.
  • Share them on social media or with friends and family.
  • Use them in private online galleries and albums.

Please note:

  • Images may not be sold, entered into competitions, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  • Alterations that significantly change the look or style of the image (such as heavy filters or AI editing) should not be made without permission.

Vendor & Partner Usage

I am always happy to collaborate with your wedding vendors (planners, florists, venues, designers, etc.) who wish to feature photographs of their work. Vendors must request permission and will be provided with high-resolution images for professional use, with proper credit.

  • Credit should read: Photography by Guido Tramontano Guerritore and link to guidotramontano.com.
  • Commercial advertising use may require a licensing fee.

Publication & Press

If your wedding is submitted for publication in print or online magazines/blogs, I kindly request that all submissions be coordinated through me. This ensures that images are delivered in the correct format and properly credited.

Social Media Sharing

Couples and vendors are welcome (and encouraged!) to share photos online. Please include credit by tagging:

No image from this website may be copied, reproduced, edited, sold, or used for commercial or editorial purposeswithout prior written permission.

If you are a brand, magazine, wedding vendor, or publication interested in using images, please contact me. I am happy to discuss licensing options.

Privacy Requests

Your privacy matters. If you prefer your wedding photos not to be published online, please let me know in advance, and I will fully respect your wishes.

Moral Rights

As the author of the work, I reserve the right to be credited for my photographs and to object to uses or alterations that distort or harm the integrity of my style.
